Abstract
Thymosin β4 (TB-500) is a naturally occurring peptide that plays crucial roles in cellular migration, angiogenesis, and tissue repair. This study investigates TB-500's effects on skeletal muscle regeneration using a controlled exercise-induced muscle damage model in healthy adults. Participants treated with TB-500 showed faster recovery of muscle function, reduced inflammatory markers, and enhanced satellite cell activation compared to placebo controls.
