Abstract

Body Protection Compound-157 (BPC-157) is a pentadecapeptide with demonstrated cytoprotective and regenerative properties. This study investigates the molecular mechanisms underlying BPC-157's therapeutic effects on wound healing and tissue repair. Using both in vitro and in vivo models, we demonstrate that BPC-157 significantly accelerates wound closure, enhances angiogenesis, and promotes collagen synthesis through upregulation of VEGF, FGF, and TGF-β pathways.
